| Great job on the U10 girls game today. You were aware of how the build out line works, and worked with the players to remind them to be behind the build out line during goal kicks. Great job on substitutions, and seeing all out of bounds lines. You had a good strong whistle, which players seemed to respond well to. |
| Areas for Development |
| As I mentioned at halftime, you had a few times when the arm direction was straight up, and not at a 45 degree angle, which you did a better job of this in the second half. During the game, the drop ball that you did had both players contesting the ball, which should only be one player taking the drop ball. A small positioning thing that I also mentioned and you fixed, was on corner kicks to be at the top of the 18 yard box, or even on the opposite side of the penalty arc in relation to the corner being taken. Overall, great job with everything! |
