| Good job today on the U12 Boys game. I thought you were attentive, and worked well with both the players and coaches working on substitution, calling fouls, and moving with play. The coaches were happy to see you attempting, and calling offsides as best you can. That doesn't happen very often. |
| Areas for Development |
| A few small things I noticed were in the second half, you called a deliberate pass back to the goalie, which was correct, but then gave a penalty. This should be an indirect free kick for the attacking team from where the goalie touched the ball. Also during corner kicks, make sure to be at the top of the penalty area near the arch. This allows you to see through players in case of fouls. This is also a good habit to get into as you get into higher age groups. |

| Sheldon is a new referee this year, coming off the Mad River Park jamboree, and is getting better each week. He is overall getting in position to see offsides, working with players, and has a good grasp of LOTG overall. I would check back on him later in the season to see any progress he has made. |
